If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the items within 30 days for an exchange or refund for FREE*.

NOTE: You are able to test whether your keys fit in your Rhinokey. It is absolutely fine to handle the item by placing it in your pocket and using the keys; we encourage you to do so! However, moving it around on a surface, scratching it deeply, using the multitools to their full potential, and leaving significant usage marks will render the item as heavily used and ineligible for return. To be eligible for reimbursement, the item must also be in its original, undamaged packaging. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed, it does not need the original seal.

Consumer guarantees

1. If there is a major failure with an item, you receive a refund with proof of failure. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.

Return tender

2. Refunds will be given using your original payment method

3. If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Rhinokey® has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

4. The item needs to arrive at our office for inspection, without it Rhinokey® has the right to not offer a refund.

Gift or bonus with purchase, bundled- and personalized items

5. Gift cards are not refundable.

6. All personalized items, such as laser engravements, are not refundable. 

Privacy when making a return

7. Rhinokey® is committed to protecting your privacy.

8. Information collected when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time. It may be used for fraud protection activities and for the purpose of Rhinokey® research and analysis. It may be disclosed to state and territory departments upon request, as required by law.

9. Rhinokey®, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for a change of mind.

*Free returns are only eligible for EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

  • Email Address
  • Explanation of the defect or return reason (optional).
  • High-quality photo or video showing the defects if there are any. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.
