If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@rhinokey.co within 2 hours of placing your order. You must complete the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number, and correct shipping address.

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email info@rhinokey.co within 2 hours of making your purchase the subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' and our team will be back to you shortly.

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.

Rhinokey Smart is a modern trackable key organizer. Organize and stack your keys in a way that makes sense to you. Grab the right key you've installed there. You kind ring your keys with an app. You can also ring your phone using your Rhinokey Smart by double-clicking the track button. Out of range of your keys? Get notified. It has a built-in LED and multitool. Want to take a selfie at a distance, you can always do that using your Rhinokey Smart as a remote.

Rhinokey Smart is on preorder. This means we are not on stock at the moment. We are aiming to deliver Rhinokey Smart within Q2 2024. You will be kept up to date by email. Take advantage of the extreme low preorder price.

You can organize and stack 1 to 8 keys. That's because you have two sides to install them. All keys fold inward toward each other, choose your side. If you got a key with the extra plastic around it, like a bike key, you can include that as well. The minimum required keyhole is 4 mm. Most traditional keys will fit. If you got car keys, attach them easily to the included loop at the end of Rhinokey. This is made out of a flexible stiff rubber that can move freely.

The battery can last up to 4 weeks on normal use. Simply charge the battery with the included UCB-C cable and fully charge within 15 minutes.

Rhinokey® can hold up to 8 keys, thanks to its unique design that utilizes "Chicago Screws" to connect and organize keys. These screws have a 4mm diameter, which means they can accommodate most keyholes.
